REFUND POLICY

Effective October 24, 2024

We want you to have the best experience shopping with us here at TRUE THREADS!  We do know things happen and sometimes items need to be sent back.  Because of this, we will do our best to help if you are not satisfied with your order.   We would be happy to find you something you love!

        We ask that you please look over your order as soon it arrives to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.  If you received a damaged item, we                         ask that you contact us within 48 Hours of order delivery.  You have 10 Days to contact us for a return and some items do not qualify for a return and those are outlined below.  If you are local we can arrange for local drop off or local exchange.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES:

REFUNDS:  We offer refunds to original form of payment.  Below are our terms and policies on returns for store credit or exchange.

STORE CREDITS:  Eligible on NON-FINAL SALE ITEMS when post marked within 14 Days of being delivered.  Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout.  We recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your store credit email in your inbox.

EXCHANGES:  Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your exchange with no additional costs to you.  If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to your email provided at checkout.

SALE ITEMS:  All Sale Items Are FINAL SALE.  They are not eligible for store credit, or size exchanges.  Any final sales item sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

  • Flash Sale Items
  • Style Grab Items
  • Single Sale Items
  • Collection Sale Items
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Intimate Items (i.e. barrettes)
  • Bodysuits
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hats
  • Beauty Products
  • Personal Care Products
  • Notebooks/Books
  • Stickers
  • Blankets
  • Door Mats
  • Art or Wall Decor
  • Anything That Has Been Personalized
  • Any Items Containing Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, Or Gases
  • Gift Cards

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:  We reserve the right to refuse an item for return for store credit or exchange, if we feel it has been worn, damaged, or soiled in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse an item for return for store credit or exchange, if there is no proof of purchase from our store. Items will be refused if they do not meet any of the above criteria.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN:
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@truethreads.shop Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 33 Beaver Dam, KY 42320.  A return must be started 10 days from delivery date.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow for 5-10 Days for processing once we have received the item at the warehouse.

Once processed you will receive an email containing information on your refund, store credit, or confirming your exchange.  Due to high volume we do not notify the customer when the item arrives at the warehouse.  This is why we recommend hanging on to your return tracking number so you will know when it arrives.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shipped back to us without True Threads return label that provides tracking.
